Foreign languages keyboards

Is it possible to add another language keyboard to Kobo Libra 2? Can Libra 2 read epub books in foreign languages and (if yes) what languages?

There are some patches to add keyboards in the KoboPatches. With the latest firmware, a Kobo ereader supports 19 languages (I counted Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional as separate items) plus 4 language variants. See the attached image for the list.

The patches do allow for adding a Cyrillic keyboard.
