Hello everyone !!!
I am the proud owner of a Kobo Aura Two eReader purchased 4 or 5 years ago. Until last week everything was going great.. But suddenly I had trouble using the touch screen and now impossible to recharge it I don't have a reset button so I tried holding the blue power button for 15 or 30 seconds.. nothing helped. I tested other chargers or other cables always the same thing.. I have this screen here when it is plugged or unplugged. If I hold the button I have the white screen with the three small buttons and again the screen which tells me that my tablet is unloaded. Is it serious doctor ? can i open this e-reader? I can't find any place where I could drag my fingernails or a card Thank's for your help
