Smart Device App Interface (Native Calibre Plugin) cuts names

I used the Smart Device App Interface (Device Plugin from calibre) to export to KOReader and encountered something strong: One Author with Name "Abdul EL-Bahar" gets cutted when transferring via that plugin to "Abdul -Bahar" (Folder-name).
Transferring the same Name via other internal Plugins does not cut the name, when i export books from that Author in every case i get the complete folder-name with "Abdul EL-Bahar".
I am using this export-template:
({authors}/{series}/{authors}, {title}{series:| - |}{series_index:0>2s| |})

So i get when exporting via the "Smart Device App Interface":

"/Abdul -Bahar/Abdul El-Bahar, Book-name.epub"

When exporting books or transferring via any other internal device-plugin, i get with the same settings:

"/Abdul El-Bahar/Abdul El-Bahar, Book-name.epub"

I didnt find any setting to find out this behaviour, so i think its a bug...
