[Bug] Inspector(devtools) is reset after restarting
After restaring reader, inspector(devtools) is reset, all settings about devtools will be lost.

Yes, I dont know how to get qt webengine to persist those settings, if you patches are most welcome.

You have to enable it via an environment variable QTWEBENGINE_REMOTE_DEBUGGING=<port>. You can put 0.0.0.0:<port> if you are doing debugging of an embedded device and cant use the local console. Then you can point can connect to http://127.0.0.1: to get the debugger.

Yes I know how to get the debugger, I dont know how to get it to persist its settings.
