Do errors on downloads block further scheduled downloads and can I turn it off?
I have Calibre running on a Raspberry Pi in a non-stop mode with some news downloads scheduled (they are then e-mailed to me). Recently, the news stopped coming. I logged on to the Pi and there in thge Calibre interface was an error report about download having failed (problem on the server of the news provider, nothing to do with Calibre). No news seem to have been downloaded since then.
Is it the case that an error like this can prevent further scheduled downloads? If it is the case, can I*somehow set up callibre to ignore such errors? Precisely for this reason, I*set up each news to be downloaded twice. |

No it shouldn't as far as I know. Should be easy to test with a custom recipe that always fails.

Indeed, an error does not stop another scheduled download from proceeding, I*just tested it, the problem must have been elsewhere.
