Best dictionary and installation - Pocketbook Android

Hi all,

I have Pocketbook Android installed in my cellphone. I tried to install Pocketbook recommended dictionaries and tey are only translators, not dictionaries. I've found some dictionaries on this thread https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...ionary&page=19 but I don't know how to install them.

If someone has suggestions of other Android apps that handle books like Pocketbook (anotations, sync with cloud etc), please feel free to recommend.
