epubs won't open

Hi - since I moved to a new laptop, about half of my library won't open. It gives me this error message -

The books are in their folders but Calibre doesn't seem to like the kepubs that I actually created with Calibre anymore? Can anyone advise me on what to do. They are listed in the library but the links don't go to an actual book.

Many of the books are still on my Kobo and syncing doesn't delete them, thankfully, but what can I do to get everything properly back in the library?

Have you installed all the optional plugins you had on your old laptop?
