No conversion with DRM 10.0.2 plugin
Updated Calibre (5.44) with the latest DRM plugin (10.0.2) doesn't convert Amazon books to AZW3. Imported AZW books are still DRM protected and can't be open in Calibre. What should I do to remove DRM from the latest AZW files?

Go back to the github where you got DeDRM and ask for help there. We are not allowed to give such detailed help here.
