Hello,
the only method to transfer eBooks from pc/smartphone to Kobo without cable is FTP/Telnet of NickelMenu? or are there other methods?

You could run a web server on the phone and use the browser. Or use the browser to access Dropbox or other cloud storage.

I use Calibre server pretty much all the time, just set your "beta" browser homepage to your IP calibre server for fastest access the next times.
