Calibre not launching after Win10 Update

So calibre was running fine, windows ask me to restart for update and now when I click on icon it does nothing, even checking Task Manager and the .exe doesn't even try and load.

I've done a system repair using SFC and still not working. I've repair/re-install calibre and not working.

calibre-debug -g
Spoiler:
Code:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>calibre-debug -g
calibre 5.41 [64bit] embedded-python: True is64bit: True
Windows-10-10.0.19041 Windows ('64bit', 'WindowsPE')
('Windows', '10', '10.0.19041')
Python 3.8.5
Windows: ('10', '10.0.19041', '', 'Multiprocessor Free')

UPDATE:
I have found one workaround on forum HERE I just want to know if I leave it in Vista SP2 Mode will it be okay to run long term without any side effects?

calibre dropped support for vista and even windows 7 a while back. Running it in compatibility mode for those will likely cause problems, thought whether any of those will actually affect you depends on your usage and what exactly the compatibility mode does.

Grab a copy of Calibre Portable and extract it someplace and then try to run it -- since it's separate from non-portable Calibre, that will help narrow down whether its an issue with your config specifically.

Why would you want to run 5.41 in compatibility mode at all??? It is designed for W10 up.
Update your video drivers if you have issues AFTER removing 'compatibility mode' setting

For what it's worth, I've experienced this issue a few times. After a windows 10 update (and of course the required reboot) calibre doesn't launch. What resolves it for me is just a reinstall of the last version installed. I just relaunch the Windows installer; I can't remember whether it offers a repair option or not, but after that calibre does relaunch.

Sorry for late reply, been busy at work. I'm running in compatibility mode using Windows 8 as a option, I've had no problems so far that I've noticed. I've tried reinstalling but doesn't seem to work and also tried repair option and nothing.

Update
So my graphics driver auto update to latest version, which was a beta. I've reinstalled a stable version (which is older) and it working fine now. So something in latest beta driver must of messed something up and it just so happen to install along with windows update when I restart PC.
