Error message attemping to comvert from KFX to ePub

Using Calibra 4.2.3
Mac OSX 10.14.6

Got this error message when attempting to convert a KFX file to ePub

How am I able to solve this problem and convert this file?

Do you have any plugins installed in Calibra? You're going to need KFX Input Plugin and after that install DeDRM plugin. You have to take care of taking off the drm from these files in the Preferences tab. There are guides that go into more detail if you don't know what to do next.

Download the KF8 version and convert that to ePub.

That book was produced using a buggy version of Amazon’s Kindle Create software.

You can have the KFX Input plugin ignore the errors and proceed by selecting the option to ignore errors in the KFX Input tab of the conversion dialog. The book should convert properly once that is done.

Reflowable books produced using Kindle Create are not available in KF8/AZW3 format. It is possible to obtain a copy in MOBI format, however some of the original formatting of the book will be lost if that is used as the source for conversion.
