How can you completely remove the screen from the frame of the ereader?

I have it mostly disassembled (and the battery unplugged), but it won't detach. It seems to be a problem with the area around the top strip of the back of the ereader, in the panel where the power button is.

Can anyone who has disassembled one of these before give me a pointer on how to completely open it up?

Here are some photos for clarification.

I don't know. It looks very much glued on, not sure if there's more to it than that. Aura H2O had a similar kind of glue as part of the water seal all around... but yours is coated on the inside instead, so not sure if they did both coating + glue for the Aura One...

Careful not to rip the wifi antenna up, that seems to be going under there somehow and is still connected to the board...

I actually melted all the glue yesterday. It seems to be attached with more than just glue, but there aren't any visible screws.
