Calibre wo'nt launch

I use Calibre since many years on several machines, and I appreciate it.
I needed to reinstall Windows on my computer, then reinstall Calibre.

Calibre wo'nt start, error occured when constructing main UI, see debug below.
I have tried several times with 4 and 5 versions, deactivating antivirus. Could you help me?

First, use up to date calibre. You are using a version thats about two years old.

You said 4 & 5 ??
You can't jump backwards (4) with any reliability on a Library once used with 5.

4.23 is compatible with version 5.x database. It's any previous version that's not.

@picpuss, try running in safe mode with networking to see if Calibre works.
