Save to disk an Epub for title
Good morning, I would like to know if there is any way so that when Calibre save an Epub to disk, it only puts the title and not the title and the author.

Not a good plan
Titles get reused by different authors. You need a TIE BREAKER or the book gets stomped upon by a same titled book.

{authors} {title} (or any other permutation) does that

Magician, Dancer's Luck, Lilith, Woman on the Train…

There is no copyright on titles. It's even worse with films because as well as totally unrelated films there are re-makes of the same film with different actors, or people instead of animation.
