Choice any page for cover ?
Can I somehow choose, say, a second page instead of the first when choosing a cover?

Maybe
 You can use the Editor to move the 'titlepage' (calibre's name for it) any place in the book, just drag it to its new home in the book-browser list. The issue, is that it might not survive an update of metadata (eg Polish) ot send to... as those tend to insert the latest (into the normal location?) |

I can choose the page when editing, that is not a problem with an individual book. The problem is when I want to edit several books at the same time
|
