Question Databáze

Hello, do you have a solution for the following problem, please? I have about 4,000 books in Calibre, including covers. In the Calibre 5 version, I edited the Calibre database, the metadata.db file, and I always deleted the lines annotations_fts_stemmed and annotations_fts in the copy in COPS. Unfortunately, this time I made a mistake and deleted these lines in the original. Viewing books goes by, that's not a problem, but it's not a move from Calibre right now. Not sure if these lines can be restored? Possibly in the future, how to make the books appear in COPS without deleting these lines ??? Thank you for your help

If you have been messing with the database manually, then there is no automatic way to recover. You could rebuild the database which will usually recover everything by using th elibrary meintenance tools in calibre.

You don't have to remove those rows. There's no reason you have to.

COPS is a third party tool. I suggest you raise this issue in the COPS thread? Other users of the tool may have already done so.

COPS : Calibre OPDS PHP Server

So why not use the Calibre server until you can get the COP people to fix it?

Calibre Web can absolutely display the contents of the Library.
IF you set up user accounts, you can control what the user can do BY account
