Unexpected behavior when editing enumerated columns
When editing permissible values on enumerated columns, the + button places a new entry above the currently selected one, instead of after it.
Is this by design? I'm not sure of the reasoning for it. |

The plus must insert the line somewhere. I chose insert above because that is what the underlying API does.
