Onyx Boox Max 2 frozes

Hi everyone!
So I have got some problem with my Onyx Boox Max 2 (firmware is up to date, although the problem existed even before I installed the latest update.)
The screen just frozes (it can be while using browser, neo reader even in settings) with Onyx logo, restarting doesn't help - I tried also in connection with all buttons. I found a way to reboot it, by connecting power supply and then holding power button. It happens even when it's battery is fully charged.
Do you have any ideas? Factory reset, cleaning caches didn't help...

same for me since I upgraded to firmware 3.1...
Maybe downgrading would help ??

A bit of Necro...
So downgrading back to firmware 2.2.2 using the link provided here https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=335555 fixed the issue on my MAX 2 pro.
So , owner of the MAX 2, don't upgrade firmware to 3.1 unless you want to face severe isues!

In my case, problem was with the battery, send it on warranty and I got my money back - now happy user of max lumi

Update: freezing is still there unfortunately.

It happens less frequently with the old 2.2 FW compared to the 3.1, but I still get my MAX2 PRO freezing after a given time. Like Dandzione, I have to connect it to power supply to get it function properly again... So battery is for sure the problem here, not the firmware.
