Embarrassingly stupid question

I've been searching "defaults". "profiles" etc, and have probably just missed what I'm looking for, so please forgive this question:

Ever since finding the "Bitter" font mentioned somewhere here at MR, I've been following the following steps when reading almost every book I read in English on my Sage:

Font: Bitter
Page: Override publisher page and margin settings
Text alignment: Left align most elements.

I also tend to set the LR margins to "3" and the top/bottom margins to "1" and increase the font weight by 0.5. How do I setup a profile that allows me to apply all the above settings with as few clicks as possible?

I don't recall ever seeing such a setting. I was under the impression that the margins, line height, font size, and so forth can change for each book if the book sets them in the css. Which is why I go through the trouble of editing each book setting the css to something "default";
Code:
body {
  font-size: 100%;
  border: 0;
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
  width: auto;
}
I also do a search and replace on the css beforehand and remove all line-height and text-align settings for left and justified (leaving center and right alone). It's not quite that simple because paragraphs and spans can have a class changing the font size so I remove those classes in the html.

After that the reading settings in the kobo are consistent across books edited thusly. It may not look pretty but at least it's consistent across books.

But I was mistakenly under the impression that the kobo's setting for ragged right didn't work if the css specified justified, so I could be wrong about all of this as well.

Thanks for the detailed reply. I looks like there's less work involved the way I'm already doing it.

Font, font weght, margins can be set with a gesture, so they can be added to a profile.
To set any style setting as default - long press on it.

Thanks for that. I've made my preferred style settings default, and created a profile with my font weight, margin etc settings. How do I assign that profile to a gesture?

Well, maybe you want your font, font weght, margins to be the default settings for all new books?
The same long-press on a setting.

I’ve made a feature request for setting a gesture or profile in correspondence with current document settings.

Maybe if you add your voice it might get more attention.
