Input Order Swap

This plugin adds a toolbar action that swaps the top two entries in Preferences -> Behavior -> "Preferred input format order". The toolbar icon reflects the current top preferred input format (uses Calibre mimetype icons) and updates live when preferences change.

Installation
- Load from file
1. Download the latest release zip.
2. Preferences -> Plug-ins -> Load Plugin from File.
3. Select the zip, install, and restart Calibre.
