One book and many formats

Hello,

I use Calibre to convert comic books, from epub or cbz to pdf.
It works perfectly...

But, after the conversion, I have only one line in Calibre with many formats (ex: cbz, pdf).
Then, I purge Calibre library...
When I import books, I have one line by book format and not only one line by book...
Is it possible for Calibre to recognize books and show only one line by books (with the list of formats)?

Thank you.

David.

if you want to add a format file to an existing book, the simplest ways to do it are:
  • drag-n-drop the format file from your file manager into the book details panel (where the cover is),
  • copy the format file to the clipboard with Ctrl+C in your file manager then add the format into the book line with the Add books->Add files to selected book records from clipboard option. I prefer this because I'm mouse averse, so I gave it a shortcut: Alt+Shift+V.

I am not sure why you are purging the calibre library, but if you want to add it back right click the add books button and choose add books form folders and when you are asked if there is one book per folder, select yes.
