K4 (B023) reboots every couple of minutes, also cannot detect WiFi
Hello!
I have an old second hand Kindle 4, which is nigh unusable for the following reasons:
The Kindle has the most up-to-date 4.1.4 firmware. I know nothing about its previous life. I already tried resetting through long pressing the power button, factory resetting from the menu, and also tried the "resetmykindle" password method. Sensing that the two problems might be related, I also tried putting it in airplane mode, and also tried using the WIFI_NO_NET_PROBE empty file. None of them have worked so far. I am at my wits end, and I'd hate to throw this poor Kindle out. I'd greatly appreciate any help. Attached is a log acquired through the ;dm command for your viewing pleasure. |
