Monospaced font?
I downloaded an O'Reilly computer book that uses a monospaced font for code examples. In the calibre book viewer they appear monospaced, but not on the Kobo Libra.

How do I fix this?

Damn. Ten seconds after posting that, it occurred to me: The font face setting was set to 'Georgia' rather than 'Publisher Default'. Switching it fixed the monospaced font .

I guess that for new books the Libra remembers the last font settings? That would explain why when I open a lot of different books to glance through them I constantly having to fiddle with the font size.

That means the book creator has embedded a monospaced font. Which is good. You can also sideload a monospaced font for books that specify one, but, don't embed it. The instructions are here somewhere and a search should find it.

When you change the font settings, they are saved for that book and saved as the defaults for future books or books that don't have their own settings.
