Book cover issue.

Anyone got this problem? I have some sideloaded books which I use Calibre to transfer to Kindle, anh I encountered some problems lately.

Question 1: All of them have covers in calibre. But when check in Kindle library, some of them are missing cover. I did try to transfer while turning wifi off and plug-replug for Calibre to sync to cover, but it doesn't work for some books and I don't know why.

Question 2: Despite having covers shown in the library, some of the book covers doesn't show up on lockscreen even though I turned on the display book cover feature, while some works perfectly fine. Their format is azw3.

What should I do to fix this? Thanks for helping.

It could be that those books don't have amazon id numbers in your calibre metadata. If the mobi-asin/asin is missing, add it and then re-convert the books. Then transfer the new copy to the kindle.

Do a mobi to mobi conversion and resend the books.
