Delete button in cell edit box

Not sure when the Book List F2 edit box acquired a delete button, I know it wasn't there in 5.16 but I just noticed it in 5.23.

The delete button obscures what is often the distinguishing content. So, would it be possible to add a setting to Look and Feel->Main Interface or a Tweak to suppress it; mouse avoiders don't need it

That was an oversight, they will be hidden in the next release as space is indeed at a premium in the book list.
