Can't remove ratings

Hello,
I'm cleaning up my entire library and I had many books having rating I did not apply. These came from the retrieved metadata from multiple sources.

I've decided to remove all of them and form now on I will be in charge for those ratings. So I edited the metadata in bulk and chose 'Not Rated' option and checked the 'Apply rating' checkbox.

This worked for my entire library, except 3 books :|
I've tried to manually edit the metadata of these 3 books but I can't get rid of those ratings. The Rating 'category' on the left panel will always display the ratings for those 3 even if I set them 'Not rated' or I set them to a particular rating and then to not rated again.

Nothing seems to work.
Any idea how to clear this metadata for those 3 books (and why this is happening)?

you are saying that even though the the books themselves show no rating, the rating is present int he tag browser?

Yes, two of those books appears to have ratings of 5 stars and the third one has 4 stars according to the tag browser.

But If edit their metadata I can clearly see that their rating is unset.

BUT this seems to be solved by re-starting the application (probably the first thing I should have tried) : ]
