conversion from word to other formats, greek characters lost

I am using Caliber to convert this document https://where-you-are.net/ebooks/the...ricciotti.docx to epub and pdf. In both cases the Greek font are turn into other font (not Greek). Any suggestions? You can see the outputs in https://where-you-are.net/ebooks/the...ricciotti.epub https://where-you-are.net/ebooks/the...-ricciotti.pdf |

Just replace those characters with actual Greek letters, they should work everywhere. Also, why not print-to-PDF from the MS Word instead of using Calibre.

For what it is worth, the Greek characters are from the Symbol font which has the Greek characters in the positions where a-z, A-Z are found in most fonts.
