Where are saved searches and VLs kept in the database?

I mistakenly created a VL-saved search recursive loop in Calibre, causing things to crash pretty hard.

To get things running again, I went into the database and wanted to edit either the VL or saved search. However, I couldn't find them in the database. Where exactly are they?

(Thankfully, I got things working again by editing the custom_columns table to remove a reference to virtual_libraries(). It's also been fixed in master so it shouldn't happen again.)
