Is there a way to queue up files for compression?

I ask because I bought some humble bundles from last year and most of them are over the 100 mb limit and I don't fancy having to compress them one after the other and there is like over 50 of them

What kind of compression? If you mean image compression, the polish books tool allows you to do that in bulk, but only losslessly.
