How do I delete an in-line TOC?
I haven't used Calibre in 18 mos. and have an epub created. I clicked on in-line TOC to see what it does, and it looks awful. How do I turn it off or delete it? I tried clicking on it again, but it's still there.

If not (fully in with the other stuff on the 'page'), you edit (cut the code ) out. |
