How do I delete an in-line TOC?

I haven't used Calibre in 18 mos. and have an epub created. I clicked on in-line TOC to see what it does, and it looks awful. How do I turn it off or delete it? I tried clicking on it again, but it's still there.

You remove it from the book list (if it is a separate file). If you generated it with the TOC tool, the file piece is called toc.xhtml.
If not (fully in with the other stuff on the 'page'), you edit (cut the code ) out.
