Books sent to kindle via calibre don’t show up on kindle.

Hi, I have been using Calibre for at atleast 6 years now.
I have always sideloaded my books using Calibre but now for some reason when I upload books in Calibre on my pc (and sometimes convert epub to mobi) and send the books to my Kindle, Calibre indicates the books as available on my device but when I go to my kindle I can’t see them.

Please help, I deleted all my books on my kindle under the belief that one of them had a bug that was causing the problem but still the issue remains

Does anybody know what I should do?

Probably using the wrong forum, but I'll try anyway (thanks).
Used to send books to my Kindle Paperwhite, converted to azw3, using latest version of Calibre, on my Mac.
Then cover bug come out.. Almost all my books had no cover on the kindle, though metadata'd been properly set, in Calibre.
So I tried sending ebooks to my Kindle in modi format.
Now: covers are there, when listing files on Kindle on my Mac I can see recently added books. Yet, when I choose a book on my Kindle, though the book is listed (and has a cover as well) Kindle say it can't find the book....

Any helping clue?
I have 1.200 books sento to my Kindle using Calibre. It'd be a pain to start from scratch.

seems I find a way to manage my problems...

Epub converted to azw3 with Calibre, were listed and operating, on my Kindle Paperwhite, though without their covers..

Epub converted to mobi with Calibre, though properly listed on my Kindle Paperwhite (and actually contained in the documents folder on my Kindle), with their proper covers, were not working at all on my Kindle.

So, I converted my epubs to mobi, with Calibre, this time choosing "both type of mobi" during conversion.
Then I moved files listed in amazon-cover-bug's folder on my Kindle to invisible system - thumbnalis on my Kindle.

Now, my kindle finally lists all working ebooks, with their own righ covers!!!

I guess I'l try revert to azw3 convertion, while still copying cover from visible folder to the hidden one, to see if it all works properly.

Couldn't say if this all has any kind of sense, but i do hope kovidgoyal'll find it

I followed the instructions on the FAQ page you linked to above (reset Kindle) but am still unable to receive any book via email from calibri.

I can confirm that when I send a test email from Calibri, the email is reported to send successfully.

I can also confirm that whispersync is set to "on" for the device on my amazon account and on the device itself under "whispersync for books."

Amazon has blocked emails sent from Calibre.
