my new iLiad lost all original content

Hi, I just bought an iLiad Book Edition and it came with some free books and notes templates, as well as reference manual and Mobipocket viewer.

I added a few files and everything went fine.

However, after a USB connection with my computer to add files, all the original content disappeared, including the user manuals, the Mobipocket viewer and the notes templates. Only a few random files were left. How could that happen? Is there any way to restore the default settings?

There might be some ways to restore the original settings, but contacting iRex to get support should be the safe way.
