Thumbs down Books sent via e-mail by Calibre do not appear on my Kindle

Since about two weeks I have the following problem with Calibre and my Kindle Oasis 2:

Books sent via e-mail by Calibre do not appear on my Kindle. When I connect the Kindle and send directly the book appears at once.

The sending of books via e-mail did work in the past.
I have the correct e-mail-address of the Kindle and Calibre is configured OK for sending books.

What causes this problem?
How can it be solved?

What does the LOG file say?
Have you tried to just send to a regular e-mail (user)? The book should arrive as an attachment.

If all else fails. USB cable it

Check the inbox of the email account you are sending the books from. If you are using a GMX account from Calibre, login to GMX and see if Amazon has started sending you emails that ask you to click a link to prove you sent the book.

They started doing this a couple of weeks ago because a hacker was able to show that he could send a book with embedded malware from a spoofed email address as described here: https://threatpost.com/amazon-kindle...-email/163282/
