Setting Author Surname prefixes

First - THANK YOU! I have been waiting for this for a while, I have a lot of authors with St. , De and Von as surnmame prefixes.

The tweak has "de, von, di" etc. but they are all lower cased, I like the names to be upper cased. Do I need to add them or will the tweak recognize them?

Go forth, go wild, experiment with upper/lower case. Report any interesting results back.
