Screen issue with new Onyx Boox Poke 3

Hello everybody.

I bought a Poke 3 and it arrived last Friday. I really like it and have everything working as I want.

However, when I picked it up this morning I noticed that the screen is not working properly, making it unusable.

It's difficult to describe, so here's a video.

Any ideas? It doesn't seem to be software caused, a restart didn't fix it. Neither did having it plugged in for hours.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.

I've tried contacting Onyx Boox, I'll let you know what they say.

Well, it's been longer than I thought.

I contacted OnyxBoox and they didn't answer for two weeks. Or so I thought. When I was looking for the original email to forward it to them I found out that they had answered in the same day and my email provider had flagged the message as spam.

So, I replied with the info they needed, they replied again within a day and today I've sent the device to their repair center in Poland because it's under warranty.

Up until now it's been a painless experience, they seem professional and didn't try to dispute my claims. I will continue updating this thread.
