Cannot connect wireless device to my PC

I'm having problems connecting one of my phones to Calibre although I don't have issues connecting it to another device.

I tried matching the IP addresses (switching 100 to 102 on my phone) but that doesn't seem to work. Meanwhile, my other phone doesn't have issues connecting with the following IP address:

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my non-connecting phone. I have even tried resetting it, but nothing worked.
