I just want to backup my eBooks to my PC.

Often I change the cover art of books in my Calibre library, and want to see these changes instantly synced with the version on my Kindle. Is this possible? Am I missing a really obvious setting?

It seems to me that the obvious thing is that if you change something in your book in calibre, you will have to delete the book in kindle to transfer it back from Calibre to the kindle and thus you will have the new cover change on your device.
