Text-to-Speech (non local)
Please, does somebody know which are the minimal requirements to get Text-to-Speech working in languages outside the default?
1. I have installed already the voices for 3 additional languages, through the win10 configuration, and there appeared some more options to install: some apparently for speech recognition, or additional keyboards--not wanted. 2. The voices by themselves are not enough: when trying an English book in the viewer, the right voice was chosen (Hazel, I think), but the pronunciation of 'Shakespeare' made apparent that something else is missing. 3. I don't wish to install more than I will ever use--especially, I would rather avoid windows 'helpfully' offering to change my keyboard on detecting a change of language (yes, it's happened--I think it was under XP with international support). Apparently, the help windows itself offers is for 'speech recognition'--not interested--and little else: so, any help will be much appreciated.
