Using the Developer tools, I see the particular file above is in a sandbox and only shows up in the binary libraries.

pygments is used by calibre for syntax highlighting, and has nothing to do with book styling. If you want to edit the css for a book, use the edit book tool.

I found it in poking around the ebook reader. Right clicked on the page, then preferences and changing the page theme to White was the answer to the problem. Previous to this the page looked like the attachment
