PDF corrupted after import into x64bit Calibre 4.23

Is there any way to turn off updating an PDF on import, it is corrupting some PDF's. I want to turn off all updates to the PDF.

64236KB size before import
64399KB size after import

I get this error in Adobe Reader on page 90 after importing (see attachment)

There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (110)

Do you have the DeDRM plugin installed and is this PDF with DRM?

The PDF has no DRM but I had DeDRM installed. When I deactivate it, it works fine.

Correct. I don't bother disabling the plugin when I don't need it.
