Not able to store reading positions

When I connect my Clara HD to my mac it queues books, but the second step fails out with an error. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!

Discussion of calibre plugins should take place in the thread dedicated to the plugin. The problem you are seeing was reported there several days ago and workarounds suggested. Since then, I have released a beta which has the fixes for the problem. I will try and release this later today.
