Touch Lux 4 Emerald sync issue

Hello, i can sync a book via pbsync - send to pocketbook, giving me server error

Cant connect to server. Please try again later

I cant even search for new firmware as similiar error occuring

Fw updated manually so its new (without any changes) and wifi is working ok as i can go to internet ... even try different wifi but without any luck

Can somebody please help me?

I have experienced the same issue. The only thing to do is to ask them to solve the issue because it is their server that has the problem. I don't know if their customer service works in these holidays and it's not worth calling them for me. I have sent a book to see if the service still works and not because I really want to read it.
