Adding a % to an integer column.

Aside from making an entirely new composite column, is there a way to add a percent sign to the end of any integers in a column?

I tried putting {0:%} but it led to....not the expected result

Self-questionnaire but useful for sharing. I was just going to answer you because I manage a library for a reading group that every month vote for genres and books, and I put that data into a Calibre library
