Book Cover

I've decreased the book cover size in the Look&Feel section under Cover Grid, but whenever I add a new book the cover size is still too large.

I was able to change the cover size in previous release to 200x300 pixel but not in the 5.3 release.

How can fix this?

I dont follow, are you saying that when you add a new book, its thumbnail in the book grid is sized differently than the rest of the covers?
