kobo online books cannot buy out of usa
i found some books on kobo from Google search
but when i open page, it shows this book is not available in your country it is available in USA and i cannot buy i changed country to usa from online web page but it still doesn't let me purchase the book Kobo Forma new user |

What country the Kobo store allows you to buy from is based on the address you have set for your account. Changing it to an address in the USA will probably let you buy from there.
