Question about wireless connection

Recently, I had a problem with connecting my Fire 10 via USB, so I bought the Calibre Companion program (an EXCELLENT product, BTW) to connect wirelessly.
I have run into a problem where the Moon Reader is choking on larger book files from Delphi Classics, so I want to try sending EPUB or AZW3 files to my reader to see if they have the same problem (I was previously using only MOBI format)
The only files that I can send to my device are MOBI, however. I went into the configuration for the device and added EPUB and AZW3 to the field 'Additional File Extensions To Send To The Device' and they tried to 'Send a specific format' to my device, hoping that the EPUB and AZW3 formats would now appear as candidates for sending. They do not appear, only MOBI.
I even went so far as to run the Welcome Wizard again and specify my device as a generic device so that it shouldnt be limited in the file types that it can receive.
It is likely something very simple that I am doing wrong here....can you tell me where I am going wrong?

Ah, I found the answer to my question! Calibre Companion holds the settings that dictate what formats can be sent to the device and where those formats are stored on the device.
