Batch edit Author in title field?
Hi!
I recently added a lot of ebooks to my library, but the title format is as follows: Author - Series- Title eg. Butcher, Jim - Codex Alera 02 - Academ's Fury Is there a way to batch edit at least the author out of the field? I tried search replace *,* - , but don't know how to replace with delete! TIA

2 things:
1)Preferences: Adding Books: Tick 'Read metadata from file contents rather than file name' (This will apply to future adding only) 2) Do you know REGEX? Bulk mode of the Metadata Editor: Search and replace is where you can process any individual field. The right side has various additional actions |
