Please assist in converting .azw to epub

Here is the error I get when I convert an .azw to epub using the latest Calibre and DeDrm plugin.
I don't really know what is going on and what I'm doing wrong. I downloaded my books using a Kindle desktop app 1.17. I specifically choose this so that they don't end up as .kfx.
