Developer options help

Hi, is it possible to have the developer options to be included in the home sub menu (burger menu icon) or maybe as a tile on the home screen? I realized that plato and koreader have been added to this list which were added automatically after one click install and wondered if it would be possible to have a sort of shortcut to the dev options also in the list.

I have managed to add some custom items like reboot and power off to the home menu, but i have been unable to add the section Developer options as a "shortcut" there any idea on how this could be done. Or maybe a custom script to change the orientation (im trying to have inverted landscape as an option basically)
