ePub size
Every time I open an ePub with calibre, it has the ToC almost full height on my screen and the book opens as a small window, about half as tall. I always expand the size of this box up and out.
Is there a way to change the default size of the ePub viewing box? I've not found it anywhere. |

 In the viewer: Preferences (esc to see): Page Layout. Size is set near the botton. Remember to click OK really down there

In the miscellaneous preferences of the viewer enable the seting to remember last used window size.
